Really sad that people have leaders that don't review results with their team. We spent over an hour going through each question, sharing how we responded. Long and short for my group, things that were related to our immediate group scored well. Anything at OC or OC+1 were terrible. Really, really terrible.

@1vyn The best is when they make changes that they didn't capacity test for. IT is now regularly running into systems issues due to this. It's almost a bi-weekly thing at this point.

Worst score: no obstacles to performing my work well. With budget cuts and layoffs, it’s getting pretty hard to get basic things done around here these days. At least for my team. Maybe because we aren’t in WIM or risk.

If they really cared they would hold more two and three downs and hear what you have to say and make an effort to get to know some of the employees better.

We reviewed our results in an all hands call, about 100 folks.

Biggest opportunities …

Wells is a good place to work
My work gives me a sense of personal accomplishment
I have to tools to be successful in my career
My department constantly looks for ways to serve its customers
Sr leadership is honest
Are you considering leaving WF

20+ years of surveys and 20+ years of management thinking employees will believe that filling it out is enough to call off the dogs.

Wells Fargo should not exist and if Elizabeth Warren had taken steps to shut down the firm the world would be a better place.

First line of defense manager here. We saw only a few slides that read "thank you for your participation and we heard you". Not even details of the results. So it must be worse than last year, and last year was bad. Employees aren't happy. That's why those that performed well as part of RCSA got a one time bonus.

Survey was months ago, last fall? Still haven’t heard or seen anything results wise. Very odd compared to past years. Seems they’ve dampened publishing results

Managers in my group are corrupt and cowards. They shamelessly admitted overall ratings were lower compared to past and lower compared to the larger division, but the is nothing to do about it.

There was a last minute meeting for my group last week, around 200 attendees. Senior leaders went over certain survey metrics on the call.

The survey metric for "proud to work at Wells Fargo" was down 8 points from last year. The most senior person on the call had the audacity (or ignorance) to say "I can't think off the top of my head why anyone wouldn't be proud to work here" without ANY hint of irony. He was dead serious.
