Is a NDA signed by all OD’s and Direct Managers about it
After the results calls tomorrow they will comunicate amound of people for each country
OD has to decide with his Team Managers who are the elected ones to go
There is nothing to do and honestly this is not because of you and your performance
They will tell to the Manager pick one o twoo of your team
Your Manager will decide depending of many factors and politics always play
Focus in update your resume, get all the insightfull data you own and star to plan your next move
