EK tried to shove pooling down everyone’s throats before and it backfired in every way possible from losing customer business to losing talented SEs. It failed then and will fail again. This is one of the worst pre-sales engineering initiatives that has ever come out. It is pay and career limiting for SEs. EK should have been LRd due to this.

Not a fan. The SE customer trust and relationship is what differentiates Cisco.

We are ALL SE's now, won't be able to tell us apart. We all look the same anyways. Watch out for the chlorine from time to time.

They've been doing that for a while on the EN overlay team.
