What's the definition of stupidity?
Not grasping the actual point that top talent won't bother with Cisco no matter where it is sourced.

So then Cisco continues to promote from within....not a good footing if change is needed. What the ELT team is doing ISN'T WORKING. Why throw the same old stale horses at it then? What's the definition of stupidity?

Ok knuckleheads, here’s what will happen.
After regulatory approval and close of the Splunk acquisition, Chuckie retires as CEO and takes over as chairman of the board. The Splunk CEO takes over the combined company and brings his “ELT”. Most (all?) of the current ELT gets canned or demoted.
I’m confident that this is the plan. If this doesn’t happen, then I’ll eat my shoe.

MM is so bad in front of customers that sales finds all kinds of creative ways to keep her out of EBC’s. She used to come in with her sidekick (the chucklehead Indian guy in the too small suits) and the two of them were so uninformed and arrogant that we had to invent reasons to end their sessions early.
They want someone speaking English and knows culture. That's why Chucky went to Superbowl.

MM is actively kept away from customers, so it won’t be her. Even the wokerati wouldn’t have her as CEO. She needs to retire and never be seen again. She has ki-led what is now known as ONEx with first the SFDC mafia and now the Google rejects.
Not LC or MM. They both seem to think they are Tech genius, but both driving this respective orgs off cliffs, despite best efforts of their long time Cisco folks to limit the damage. Did you know, MM personally reviews every onex PRD/Epic, and is the only approver? Now you know why CX cloud is 4 years still not delivered and less than 200 active customers globally... more than LC's FSO Platform, but that's only 2 years late...
