Check your linkedins, I saw a few promotions. I checked the directory and indeed the title has already updated. No sign of layoffs yet though.

Just got my second promo in three years. I'm happy.
I just got two raises in less than a year. So none of it makes sense.
VERY common for them to announce wonderful promotions very close to their horrible LRs. Classic cisco. Just classic.
Are you sure you didn’t see pronouns changing?
I’m going to give this callout on promotions the benefit of the doubt and hope that it was meant to be tongue in cheek.
If not, perhaps promotional celebration should be saved for the day its numbers come within 2% of the annual layoffs?

Not aware of any except for few in CX. Probably planned way before the earning announcement.
