Yes. Managers are told a general number for their team based on VP, Director, Senior Manager/Manager. They submit a stack ranking (even they don’t submit stack ranks;)), then a day or two before the LR they are told the specific number they have to let go and names attached based on stack rank and conversations based on needed skills work ethic and such. So yeah managers know. It su-ks for managers also.

I am a FLM and I know who and when. They will be told that they do not need to continue working after the notification.

Managers and Directors were informed of it before a QTR Call. They're now sending a bunch of 1-on-1 invites!

All depends on your leadership. We had a staff meeting and know what to expect, but other teams are completely in dark.

I would think Sr Managers would know by now. Managers with bigger teams would know versus 1st line managers with small teams. But last year apparently my Director didn't know maybe because they were hit as well the same round.

i hate these cat and mouse games that we play. Everything is known and they will lie to your face when you are on a call with them. Then D-day, they just do their scripted conversation, send you the email and set up a conference call with all of the survivors.

Manager, don’t know. My director either doesn’t know or is playing d-mb. Half my team is out today for mental health days. Good times!

I think SVP level already know. Unsure if the information has propagated down to VP level yet.

Managers may be aware of possibilities. But they do not know. Cuts vary from 0%-100% across various departments and pay grades.

We are currently finalizing a house purchase so I have asked my manager about this and they informed me that they have not been requested to assess their team.

I am a manager and I do not know. Though my own manager mentioned a week or two ago that there may be changes around the 15th that would impact my quarterly priorities.
