No salary increase, no problem. I will just cash is some of those NOV shares I keep getting awarded for my excellent work.
Shame the value per share is struggling to get to $20 per share but hey, at least it’s all money on top of my higher than average salary!
All this and I can still work from home and only show my face at the office occasionally when I have the energy to drive the 100 plus miles each way expense my food and drink for a few days.

Whats the return on investment for the millions spent on SIG? If we bought a machine for 4 million then we’d expect it to start paying for itself within weeks.
The building is up for sale split up into distribution units with plans for more loading bays

Surely there's nothing to worry about. Pumps are busy. Mixers are busy with a lower cost base. And sharing in growth are doing well by saving us money.

I feel sorry for all my office staff buddies. Working from is really taking a toll on them. You can never get hold of them and they are always busy. We need to have working from home full time to help them be fully productive.

One might say some trimming was needed, but these clairvoyant despots saw and thought otherwise. They cut straight to the bone and a bit deeper for good measure.
Those that are left are just trundling along to keep the lights on at home until the next opportunity arises (probs by end of the year).

Went out clothes shopping for holiday while I was working from home. Office tomorrow for free burgers then a 10 day holiday, but I only need to book 5 days off. Long live WFH
Working from home is good but could do with some of that AC at the office, wonder if NOV will let me expense some home AC as this heat makes me so sleepy and Im sure I could be more efficient if I had some AC like you lot in Greengate!

Came in this morning looking for one of the so called Office workers. Told working from home can you contact him on Teams.....IE Try and find him. Rang on Teams no answer.
Working from home is basically day of. We workers, "the guys that build your mistakes" just have no respect for you anymore. You have ruined it. No wonder there is no work anymore.

So the redundancy exercise sees a few old timers leaving on the shopfloor. But in the offices all the good young engineers are walking in their droves. And the rest can now work from home to keep them sweet. Shambles.
Working at home 3 days a week again. Love working for NOV when it’s summer. Shopfloor lot can fight for my parking place in front of the office.
