Does Nike pay out the 100 sabbatical hours if you don’t take it before leaving? I am aware that PTO hours get paid out but not clear on sabbatical hours

I thought Sabbatical was not just Nike giving hours but also the employee chipping in 50% of their own PTO ?
Could be wrong but if so, I'd hold onto that PTO and get paid for it in the final paycheck.
