I work on the sales side and I completely agree that CX has a LOT of fat that could be trimmed...one example is 2 renewal managers PER US commercial region...doesnt make a lot of sense to me.
Please gut CX. Incompetent and too expensive, we have DSI at a fraction. That org looks ridiculous.
I can tell that the OP is dropping some fake news. CX will not be touched.
If layoffs announcement tomorrow are a large number, why post that somehow you have insider knowledge of which departments and what %… simply pathetic…
