EMEA is not only Europe.. and in Europe there are countries which are not in EU. Germany and France it is very difficult to lay off thats right.

My coworker got the notification last night
Earnings call mentioned that the severance payout will be done between now and beginning of FY2025 (or october). We can expect a summer of layoffs.

The layoffs will go from this year to the next year. It is not what you think.
ELT did not over hire and also made the company take extra PTO yet layoffs are happening.
Yes 1:1 scheduled for tomorrow with the board.
