I have a job offer in front of me which needs relocation. Does someone knows what happens to my profit sharing plan that comes once a year at the end of fiscal year? Do I loose it completely or fo I still get for the number of months I have been employed in this fiscal year.

Need to be employed on June 1st. Check the HR site.
Don’t worry, there won’t be a bonus this year.
Don’t listen to the person that said you have to be here in August. You don’t. June 1.
It’s June 1st. Ask me how I know…
Have personally seen someone leave on June 4th and still get his bonus directed deposited in August.
If you’re not here when it’s given out in August you don’t get it I know people have said June but it’s August
Have to be here May 31st for your bonus, which is why June is retirement month.
Profit sharing was discontinued in 2020.
Bonus only for folks staying in company till year end! So wait or forget bonus!
If you're not here on June 1st you forfeit it. Its a good idea to work that into your new job offer as a signing bonus.
You have profit sharing? We haven’t gotten anything since 2020… but if you do you just forfeit anything that isn’t vested.
