LTI/Stock Together?

I've always been curious about what the stock together grant amounts are at different pay bands? Do people mind sharing your pay band and how much your stock together grant amount was? 7T (Engineer III Spec Sys Analysis) it's $5k

Not all 6V are equal, some get $10k, some get $15k, and others get $17k. This is especially true if you have a technical title.

Director LTI is now 100% RSUs. Above director level there is a split between PSUs and RSUs and the split % is different by band. That level and above is also required to own a certain amount of stock based on salary.

Director LTI comp is not stated in numbers but this doc from 2021 confirms a couple of things:

  1. Hans and EVPs STI target is 110% of base salary
  2. There are approximately 2,100 director level positions that participate in Stock Together

I do know that Directors used to be able to defer LTI compensation, whereas lower titles could not. The 2021 SEC doc suggests their Stock Together is “no different” than that of lower pay grades, so that might have changed.

If we compare to how STI almost doubles with each level up, I have every reason to believe that directors LTI is anywhere between $30k and $50k.

5V does not get a stock together. They don’t get RSUs. They get real stock options, which works much differently and is very difficult to just sell. It requires all kinds of paperwork to state you don’t have an insider knowledge which is causing the sale. Plus the bonus structure is much different.

6V - is 10k RSUs
7V - is 6k RSUs
7T - is 5k RSUs

Moving from anything to 6V is a massive jump in both LTI and STI.

Moving to 5V is a totally different level.

It is not strictly by band. New tiers within titles was introduced this year.
