My last day of employment is 2 months from today on April 15. Then 4 months of pay (80% of total comp). I"'m in sales so commission plays a factor in my total comp. Plus 4 months of Cobra.
So in total, it's a 6-month package.

What about ESPP? Will you be able to buy shares at the end of June since termination date is in April?
Will un-used PTO be paid out?
Generally yes; I think that's a legal requirement.

same here....
they did not even follow the state WARN act which is more than Fed WARN act.
I am sure if I say anything then they will pull the severance offer.
Just got the message. Fun part was my manager did not set up the meeting, just delayed my standing meeting out to today...so I had a bit of a hint. The package is as above, 2 months no working, then 4 months severance and cobra paid. There is something about RSU's that I am not sure what will happen there. This kind of su-ks as a >50 yo non diverse person with two kids in college in "the current day" as it will likely take more than the 6 months for an older guy to find another job in finance considering the way TPTB are driving the economy.
That's a very rich package for a poor sales performer. Be grateful
Very sorry to hear. Keep your chin up and be persistent. It's not a reflection of you. Anyone getting LR'd is a direct impact of Maria Martinez's poor leadership and those she's brought into the organization or promoted.
She keeps building up a CX organization that customers find worthless. More CX, fewer Salespeople, and it's resulting in fewer Sales.
Sorry friend
Good luck
Sorry to hear friend. I've seen too much "best thing that ever happened" to not believe it's true most of the time.
