Does Chuck want to keep his job? the company has not transformed in her tenure as COO, anyone else would have been fired

Tuesday Chuck announced that Maria is leaving Cisco to “focus on family”… she was FIRED! Cisconians sang Ding Do-g the Witch is Gone while she cried during the Cisco Beat! No one will miss her.
Just go retire Maria!!! Then hopefully bring a real COO, your $15M pay is not deserved!!
Maria is not even allowed on any Executive calls or Customer calls. She won't last for too long. Do not ki-l yourself thinking about her.
How long has MM been here and how recent has she been banned from calls? I'm betting she's not going anywhere. She was brought in to "cut costs" and they called it "transformation". She cut costs by gutting the BU, but then offset it by sc--wing up the process and calling it "streamlined". When I was in CX because our team moved into that BU, it was a waste of time doing V2MOMs and taking CX training when our team had nothing to do w/ what CX did. I forget all the role names and what their responsibilities were, but I had to complete some training for understanding the new roles and their responsibilities. 4 hrs of worthless training.
Then she took over Operations and pushed out the requirements for V2MOM from CX to all of Operations. Several other groups have adopted her V2MOMs. She's here to stay.
Worth pointing out she’s in the same “community” as JG. Who was an abysmal CIO, and was parachuted to CX APJC, despite still living in SJC. MM has gone through how many EAs? I loved the Davos photos where she is hard stage left, vying for attention.
She should retire, come out officially, repair her relations with her daughter, and never be heard from again.
Also, she’s that fat because she drinks $$$$ bottles of wine, and doesn’t exercise: just saying.
Chuck lacks the leadership to act on anything and recognize issues. They can hire another minority woman of color, there are so many better people out there…I’m all for DEI esp when there are choices
The problem with DEI hires isn't that they might be incompetent or poorly suited to the role. The problem is that it's almost impossible to get rid of them--even worse, it's almost impossible to even criticize them even after abject failure on their watch.

To say she is dangerous is an understatement. She is the reason Avengers is a failure, and her meddling and interference in portfolio structure and flow is ki-ling IT. CXPE is a joke, TAC is dying and IT faces chop after chop. And what does SNs entire org do? Or DPs org? Acceleration is a joke. SDs there on VP+ pay personally signed off by MM to lure and keep MBB consultants.
Thimaya, nice guy, but what is your org doing? Onex is an empire and if you removed half of it, no one would notice. JKs org is pretty sh-t hot tho, to be fair.
They are not going anywhere, but you are sooner or later. No one at the top cares what the lower level employees say. They just want the job done on time with good quality, so they can get paid and take that vacation they claim they deserve.
