First round? Cisco has layoffs on a quarterly basis - well known fact!
Last fiscal year, there have been 2 rounds. This fiscal year, there are 3 rounds. That are hardly quarterly layoffs.
Agreed this isn’t the end. They’ll keep doing “small” 5% cuts until nobody is left.
All these (failed) acquisitions fill up these 5% cuts.
Silent layoffs every week from Cisco are impacting more people than regular quarterly layoff announcements.
