Love all you shills trying to hype up living in Dallas. It's a shithole.
I’ve gotten significantly higher raises than the union folks for the past two years and will get a better raise than them again this year. This is how it should’ve always been.
No bump in Dallas for N3 unless you fall below the new TSR minimum.. Then it is that % to get you to minimum and then you get your raise based on your rating.
Ain’t happening. Haven’t had one in 3 years as the N2 GEO code is a joke. So when you move think about that seriously before considering.
1L MGRs certainly deserve a 10% raise.

T gives you just enough to keep you a little while longer. Meanwhile, you're happy with the raise and get comfortable once again while other opportunities outside of T pass you by. Twenty plus years later you ask how you got to where you are, or stayed.
