I’ve gotten significantly higher raises than the union folks for the past two years and will get a better raise than them again this year. This is how it should’ve always been.

No bump in Dallas for N3 unless you fall below the new TSR minimum.. Then it is that % to get you to minimum and then you get your raise based on your rating.

Ain’t happening. Haven’t had one in 3 years as the N2 GEO code is a joke. So when you move think about that seriously before considering.

  1. 5% plus the bump to N3 being in Dallas. I'm a L3 in marketing.

Nobody ever gets a 10% raise working for AT&T!

I could forgo the raise
If T would pay Med 100%, that would be a 475 a month pay increase

T gives you just enough to keep you a little while longer. Meanwhile, you're happy with the raise and get comfortable once again while other opportunities outside of T pass you by. Twenty plus years later you ask how you got to where you are, or stayed.

The only ones who get that kind of raise is the C-Suite.
The regular workers never come close to that.

For the regular workers we are told T is in DEBT!

That is about the average raise for those folks living in Dallas. Taking care of the HQ folks.
