I find the impact culture so weird
No one lifts a finger in August
I sit in a stage and listen to bullsh-t
People go home non the wiser drinking sh-t coffee
I see J2s stupid shoes
Take impact for what it is a free holiday but I have 2 sh-t presentations in between
Wrong it’s not 50. Last year was 110. No one wants to go. I don’t know a single AM or SE that wants to be there.
I think they should cancel Impact because it’s kind of meh for productivity. But you are grossly overestimating how much Impact costs. It’s 50 million max and most likely cheaper than that
It’s a tax write off.
Not happening sparky
Sales meeting in Vegas MUST be canceled and done over WebEx or Zoom if WebEx is sold off
Riddle me this… where else can salespeople party (oh I guess also woo potential customers and ultimately lose to competitors?) Spoiler alert: Impact!
It really is a cheek to hold such an expensive (party) event in such a situation. How can the ELT justify something like this to its employees and shareholders?
Impact is a great place to watch senior managers on a big stage that are typically gone in 18 months.
I cant be the only one who has noticed this?
Can’t agree more, waste of money and rub the salt in the wound
