Oh no - I will miss her detailed personal vacation debriefs at her town halls.
Two possibilities here:
(1) She is trying. But you make sure she fails.
(2) She does not know how to and always made bad decisions.
We had the same issue with AM. He never made cars before. But he got lots of good common senses.
How surprising, an outside hire from a non vehicle manufacturing company didn’t make it 18 months at Ford. Apparently the software dream is still just a nightmare.
She needed a break from the BS everyone feeds her. I can’t tell you how much time we spent on making up metrics to distract her away from our org. Anything to string her a story that we weren’t the problem but it was come other ECU. No idea how she could effectively do her job.
