I can't sleep. I know it's supposed to be over, but it's not registering. Maybe because I know it's just a matter of time before we hear about the next one.

Last many years have been constantly fear culture of layoffs and job reductions. On top many managers are using PIP as a we-pon to te--orize employees
Get over it or get a new job so you can sleep betterat night. Start looking for a new job
