Chuck and the ELT must NOT take any salary or stock in 2024 in exchange for causing pain in another 4,200 families on top of the 30,000+ families prior and 20,000 for those families coming next

The reason Chuck is there and this keeps happening is because of the Board of Directors. Until an activist gets in and creates a stir, you can expect the same as has happened for the last 20 years. BOD members make over $250k for a few days work too, so they got a sweet deal.
Fact: the part of the brain related to empathy actually shrinks the more power one accumulates
When the company did their first layoff in April 2001, then CEO Chambers took a $1 annual salary, which was commendable. Think CR should do the same.
You might want to look at Chambers' total compensation. The $1 salary just means he's not getting paid in a way that could be taxed at 39% or whatever it was in the day. Also, when he was completely failing to meet his goals he still gave himself a full bonus and we had to take another day of vacation to pay for it. Your false god has no clothes.

For sure Chuckee will be sitting at the head table in Davos next year!
Chuckee Cheese knows math- just ask him- thats why there is no AI strategy!
Its all in his big head.
The problem we have is that over time the CEO's narcissism increases and true narcissism is a lifelong trait rather than a developed one.
Also, the possibility that the more positive trait of charisma, which is linked to narcissism, is what persuades board members to pay the CEO so generously
Lololol as if those inhuman monsters would do that. If anything they’ll say they deserve extra bonus
I doubt it they have ~25k clothing allowance…
I’m sorry but do you think anyone on the ELT actually cares? Like honestly… most are narcissists. Any compassion they have is for their delayed stock compensation and yearly bonus target.
Don’t think so.
Yeeessssss and don't forget to get rid of the Private Jet and Atlanta Golf Club membership
