Maybe the entire team will be LR'ed in one swoop including the mgr. Don't show up for that meeting.

Don't worry, they will come for your team next quarter. They always do. They can't cut everyone at once cause that would impact the business greatly, so slow and steady they will go. And it's going to end up being more then 5% for sure. Most companies have huge inventory built up during covid years, so no one is buy much equipment. It's happening in all telecoms. Nokia is laying off 16% or 14,000 employees. Most likely it will be more then that since 6G is years and years away.
