I am so sad to hear so many of my friends and former coworkers in GSSO being impacted by today’s 3rd layoff in 1 year from the incompetence of the sales and engineering executives. We are growing and hiring so reach out to who you know here.

Oh yes...some of my colleges moved to GSSO last year. they are hiring madly..and i think they all need to know whole Cisco portfolio- make them general engineers. Are we losing specialist by doing this? why every leader is trying to sc..w up things in Cisco? MM, now GSSO..
GSSO hired alot of talent in last one year...they even have a Partner VP...why we need a Partner VP in GSSO when Cisco has already a Partner Org - Global Partner Org (overlay) , then regional - American Partner Org, European Partner Org and Asia Partner Og......On top of this ....GSSO last year went and created another Partner Org ?./// they just hire hire hire overlap overlap overlap..looks like someone want to be a VP ?
Gsso is bloated does little to bring harmony and creates conflict amongst sellers.

Excuse me, but Csco did not over hire at any time in the last four years. They certainly did LR both publicly and in stealth mode.
