Intel is horrible. It needs to break apart and start anew. The US might as well take that 20 Billion that you want to give to Intel and set it on fire or send it to "Ukraine".

10B is too less. Should have had atleat 20-25B out of the 50B. Its only fair given the scale and impact it can have and what the company means to US.
