Anyone know anything about the McKinsey's Organizational Health survey? The survey is coming to a inbox near you soon

Do NOT take this survey. McKinsey's play was to sell Stankey on this so they can justify the price by suggesting he cut workforce.
It’s 100 questions, confidential but not anonymous unlike previous ones. It’s same survey McKinsey uses with other companies so not ATT specific. There will be no results shared with supervisors or expectations for teams to create action plans based on feedback. Expected participation rate is only 50%.
T will pay millions to have someone tell us how BAD our CULTURE is, but we already KNOW that!
Legg claimed everyone is happy because the numbers in some acceptance rate "don't lie".
Not responding!
The answers they collect from the survey in addition to interviews they do with upper and middle management will give them ammunition to tell the higher ups that the business is running inefficiently and that you can get rid of 20% of your workforce. For that information they will be paid a percentage of the perceived savings from dumping that workforce in addition to some other fees.
I would not respond to it. McKinsey is famous for "helping" companies "optimize" their organizational structures resulting in layoffs and deplorable working conditions for those that remain. Nonparticipating is the best feedback you can provide.

It’s the usual BS from consultants. it will be designed to tell them what they want to hear and justify RTO, layoffs and the other id--tic things they have done. Imagine how many jobs could be saved if they weren’t addicted to spending millions on the Deloittes and McKinseys of the world
The Stank is now going to drop millions $$ on a McKin$ey survey to tell him what is PAINFULLY OBVIOUS based on HIS LEADERSHIP DECISIONS and CAREER 'ACHIEVEMENTS'. Psychopath, failed arrogant C-SUITE $ob with Bidenesque mental acuity
Toxic - Cancer - Culture. Thanks Mr. Ed, favorite son in law Randy, and the Stink - This is your legacy!!!

Can't wait for that.
I'm sure we're "super healthy".
Pretty sure anyway.
I think.
Right?
