Does anyone know how many call centers the company recently opened in Africa and what type of calls they are taking?

Nope! I just know the managers that are flying out there to train them. Next time I see them I will ask how many call centers are they opening in Africa.
I thought there were already call centers in Africa, I’ve been called many times and told I’ve won the lottery. They just need some information to deposit it in my bank account.
Cairo/Alexandria Egypt would be a great hub for 24-hour support and development centers. High levels of eduction and language proficiencies.
I hope we were not expecting to just sell products and services to foreign markets without employing their workers.

they said years ago that they were going to Africa. what were the stupid thing a series of learning events where they had speakers come in and they said Africa was going to be the next resource pillage country.
