The ELT and protected class are the only winners here and they will keep winning. Offer a decent ER package and you can protect a few competent resources and those hacks. Cut the incompetent leadership from chucky to fran to mm, as well as the sp---e that was bumped up to directors and VP from SP, then the offshore centers and you can save a few jobs AND the company. Otherwise, the same tired nonsense will continue and the company is done within 6 years.

Chuck and ELT, the average IPF for an individual contributor is typically in the range of 1.2 - 1.5, which has a large bearing on bonus. Historically, yours has always been a lot higher than this (rightly or wrongly) which has a large bearing on your bonus.
Considering the large fall in revenue, huge LR numbers, and loss of confidence in Cisco products and services is your inflated IPF this year going to reflect the poor year that you’ve steered us to?
