When is the exit day?

I understand severance has many factors like how long with company etc. Any rough idea how much a software guy with 1+year in Cisco is given as severance package, just trying to understand how long mortgage can be served in worst case :(
It depends on when you were notified. In my case it was 2/15 so April 15th is my last day unless i want to find an internal job and stay, which I am not doing. I'm taking the Pkg and running.. I'm getting these 2months plus another almost 8 months because of my time here. Its Adios time for me. No regrets.
