If I get 5 days in the office then I will be trading my laptop for a desktop.
If you’re in the office, you’ll have company for your Costco runs. Eeerrt. I mean collaboration.
Y'all were WFH before covid when the company was failing. Of course the wasn't you back in the office. Something g has to change or the company will go bankrupt.
You are completely missing the point.
There are also “people” you can talk to.
But you do you!
work life balance=going to work to get paid so you can have money to have a life.
not enjoying life while working from home, ie going to the beach, shopping, cooking dinner, babysitting kids, etc on company time. thats basically theft.
For T management employees required to now go to the office 5 days a week (that were WFH BEFORE Covid) PLUS must also be available 24x7.
Good luck to ALL with any semblance of “work life balance”!
