Medical, dental, vision, AD&D, Life and one other benefit is kept until your last severance check, whenever that may be.
Not all of them. It’s spelled out in the package. You keep your health benefits.
Yes, they pay it all through your severance if you don’t take the lump sum. Also, don’t take the lump sum, it hurts tax wise.
