The board should fire these execs and bring in someone who can get this ELT to be accountable. Or maybe make JD ceo, the one true product person in the ELT.

Maria is the worst leader 98% of the company has ever seen. The 2% are the su-k-ups that she brought in at excessive salaries. Talk to people at Salesforce, and they laugh about the people that went to Cisco.
Sales won't stand up to her, and they are just letting her ruin the company. They don't dare say anything because she fits the three-letter model that Cisco would rather collapse on than hire the right talent. No one can speak up anymore. You state the party line, or you're LR'd.

MM has filled top positions with her friends from Sales Force. Now those folks guard her back while she cuts staff and records short two minutes videos playing musical instruments. Does not fit corporate strategy, earns too much and her V2Momma mantra is annoying every employee. She use go.
Chuck and Fran need to go, and Kelly likely needs to go now too. Some thought Kelly was going to help bring in some needed change and put the "human" back in HR, but she doesn't seem to standing up for our people either. We need an overhaul at the top!
CR & MM were hired to cut costs without negative PR. They are both rather talented at that.
JD is a complete mindless fool, don't be tricked by his teleprompter reading buzzwords. He needs to go with the rest of the toxic ELT and chuck out the door.
