For non COU users of Workday. Check your personal cellular device settings. The app defaults to allowing access to photos, camera & calendar.

Enable app privacy reporting under privacy and settings (iPhone users) determine for yourself what you’re comfortable with the application accessing or don’t install on a non-cou. FYI It’s quite rare.
Same answer. Always access your benefits on company time.
How do you access your benefits after hours without lan or cou? Workday app is the only way.
Have you considered the possibility that the camera/photo gallery permissions are for taking your ID photo? The function is located in personal information -> photo.
If you don't like it, you can always deny the permissions.

Do not use personal devices for business, especially Workday.
Why would anyone put a company app on their personal cell phone? The answers no.
