Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Internal investigations India.

Can you imagine being interviewed on a matter by a person in India or the Philippines? Conduct Management Enterprise Investigation is displacing Investigators. This is going to be the biggest joke. “Best” of luck to you WF. Talk about consent orders. You will be done.

Yep, investigators are being impacted all over the country. Although they’re hiring new investigators in the US for the hub states, the lost institutional knowledge is irreplaceable and what’s even worse is the number of employees in India currently under investigation. The US is investigating India for an assortment of issues, but it may very well flip at some point and India begins to investigate the US. So, to the Heads of Conduct Management, Operations, and of course the CEO wishing you whatever you deserve with your India counterparts because the Regulators about to be all up in your business (again). Who’s popping the popcorn?

The abstraction of the US customer, the US 'person' profile, has just begun. The investigation by AI chat bots will begin shortly. Rough conversations will become rougher.
