Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Covid policy?

Does the bank even have any sort of Covid policy anymore ? Like as far as what employees should do if they test positive?

I don’t recall asking if Covid was a scam or not. Go back into your cave.

Guess you STILL don’t get it. COVID was a big SCAM played on the world. That test you are so concerned about couldn’t tell the different between COVID and a cold or flu.

Stop being a sheep and take off your useless masks. You were played. First step? Stop being conned.

Policy now is...get your azz to the office no matter what. It's all they care about. If you get your co-workers sick, oh well. They will have to make it to the office the same way you did.

On Flagscape…follow CDC guidance: no longer need to stay at home if you have been fever free for 24 hours (without taking fever reducing medicine) and symptoms are mild and improving.

If you live in CA and test positive, use the employee virtual assistant to receive instructions.

No Covid protocol any more. I had it in December. My manager told me to follow doctors orders, but no need to call HR and use my sick time.

If you don't feel well, stay home and use your sick days. Enter in workday so you don't get tagged for not coming in (Take at least 3 to count).
