Make no mistake, Sp--k will be the new punk in the cell block getting group gropes from SEs trying to learn something new and AMs trying to become sw relevant. The mandatory training is meant to add guard rails but will not work. Sellers and SEs will do their best to get a seat at the “bright shiny object “ table with the Splunk Punks. It will be fun to watch.

Generally 2x years no-touch. After that, possible touch. Depends on how well their numbers are coming along.

6 months to integrate operations into Cisco. After that, overlapping areas might begin to see changes. Effectively a year before major changes result consolidation.
