I will be totally transparent in my 28 years.
This is the most aggressive changes I’ve ever seen.
Get a new job if you don’t have a year severance!

If the job market for tech is not so bad, I would echo your sentiment. Too bad it's a golden handcuff for me. Thought about it - and looking is not going to be better than staying.
@ynn+1rCmalsN - Hey public relations, go somewhere else!
Been here around 20 years and yeah this is an even bigger shake up than a few years ago. While most of the long time leaders are done, they’re gutting a lot people that have a ton of history and knowledge. They’re going to seriously f things up in spite of all the hype that’s out there about things we’re doing
"how much they hate the company, but yet, they stay"
Hmmm... I wonder why that might be...
Hold out for severance—it is divine!!!
Some of us are very much trying to leave but it’s a tough job market. There isn't a genie out there passing out jobs to anyone that asks. Sh-t, I have friends that were laid off still looking for employment 6-9 months later.
I too love my job, and the people in my group, but I despise the temporary hack executives because they are habitual liars, hypocrites and failed leaders. Feel free to drink their Kool aid all you want, no one cares. Same goes for your career advice.
FHY. They got here 5 mins ago, and won't be here much longer before they get their golden parachute and go away. That will be a great day.
What is sad is that people post on here about how much they hate the company, but yet, they stay. I’ve been here many, many years. And love the work and the people, I enjoy coming in but equally enjoy my two days at home. If you don’t like it, FIND.A.NEW.JOB, and if you don’t want to find a new job, STOP complaining and change your perspective!!!
It's sad to see, for sure. People used to be happy to work here. Now all I see as I go to a building (for no reason, FRTO) is people keeping their heads down, headsets on, and looking for the exits. It's what HY wants, of course, and F them for it. These execs have no idea what leadership is or how to compete in the marketplace.
You’ve got me beat by just a bit and I agree with you 100%. It’s an absolute toxic, thankless, cutthroat sweatshop. Please displace me.
