Non hub folks always having to train new folks international folks etc. Ask your core folks to do all that since you’re getting rid of non hub folks.
This isn’t surprising at all. I got out of FCRM last year because the new leadership team is awful and just so full of themselves. The handwriting was on the wall … SC was brought in to move people to India and the Philippines. (As well as make everyone’s lives miserable because he has no clue what he’s doing.)
One of the managers is in FL and remote along with a few other people.
What about FC in Portland?
Isn't there some Financial Crimes folks in Virginia? I thought they had a pretty big group there.
Core:
Charlotte, Dallas, Des Moines, Minneapolis, Phoenix, St. Louis
Very limited in Specialty of DC and NY of course will house some.
we should rather hire into new locations without impacting current employees
What are the core locations for financial crimes??
Can you give a little more detail? What was the communication and does it only impact those under FCRM or any financial crimes related role?
asked to move assuming they are asked. most will be severed.
Derek, stop teasing us. Just pull the trigger already.
There are A LOT of fin crimes people spread out all over the place who are remote, so unless these folks move they will be out of a job by year’s end, that’s what I’ve heard.
