Enterprise complaints and remediation

Today’s the day MA will announce ECR location strategy. How many heads will be chopped in the coming months?

“…Many under ECR were already let go yesterday in Sioux Falls.”

Which groups under ECR had people who were let go this week? I know of a few people, but didn’t seem like that many!

It’s unfortunate there’s no consideration for tenure and knowledge. WF/ECR are pulling out of markets where legacy employees exist. Yes, they may be smaller in comparison, but who is going to be the phone-a-friend when sites like SC, ND, ID, and MT are gone? These are the teams that worked complaints before there was even a complaints department. They worked the first sales practice allegation cases and spent countless hours talking and documenting so WF could be lifted from the consent order. They know procedures and systems like the back of their hands. They have a Rolodex of contacts and can find a solution for almost everything. They are the ones taking over cases for US rep requests where the customer doesn’t want to work with someone overseas. They are the ones validating procedures are accurate or the first point of contact for the risk/quality review teams. They find root cause, report concerns, and recommend solutions. What do they get in return? Their jobs cut. These employees have >15 years with the bank. Many intended to retire with WF. They’ve given the company their all. Who is going to help when it is needed if they are cutting all this talent? You can’t tell me that someone in PHX coming off the street is better qualified than someone in the non-core markets. Maybe ECR should take a step back and determine if they want mediocre work or quality work. They are going to find the most experience and knowledge is in the legacy sites. The bandaid approach provides short-term gain but does it give a good customer experience or risk mitigation for the company? If only someone would question the direction of Charlie and Michelle. Elizabeth Warren and Katie Porter need to knock some sense into the board and CEO. WF is digging a hole and going nowhere fast.

@gvi+1rDrvM1J I am in Sioux Falls and not surprised. You could see this coming when earlier this year it was announced that CSBB and Global operations were exiting the Sioux Falls market. Many under ECR were already let go yesterday in Sioux Falls. The only thing left in Sioux Falls will be branches and they might shut those down too. RIP Sioux Falls :(

Boise will not be safe. The site housed over a thousand workers. Parking lot was full to where we would be parking in overflow connected lot. Site has less than 100 people in it at a time. 3 floors with barely a handful on each floor working. This site is done simple as that.

How else are you going to create a Center of Excellence (yeah right, but that’s another topic) if you don’t centralize?

There are many of us Wells Fargo Workers currently unionizing with the Communication Workers of America (CWA). I am a remote employee who’s job is going to India. We have 6 branches unionized in the last 2 months with 4 more holding their elections this month and the beginning of April. Look up Wells Fargo Workers United and the Committee for Better Banks. We are holding a training tomorrow night. This is for non-customer facing roles and branch workers. It’s time we stand up for ourselves and stop being scared to speak up!

Gotta love all that build up for weeks about finding out and I'm pretty sure not a single person got a date. We either got told we're safe, can breathe for a couple of minutes, or sorry but you're out of luck. All the hysteria is just being manufactured to entice people to leave for job stability and save them severance pay and no one can make me think otherwise. Charlieboy himself said it in a December article with CNBC. Su-ks ba--s for the non-cores that weren't deferred, but don't leave early if you can avoid it and make them payyyy$$$

Well straight from the leader’s mouth: “let’s be there for those who are going to be impacted”.

The only way they can survive is to create more remediation efforts. Wells Fargo needs more scandals.

I love how they gloss over how many comments were made about how d-mb RTO is because I know for a fact everyone and their mother called that on on the survey.

You’d be surprised how many think location strategy won’t apply to them, including managers.
