Promote low performers

Hertz promotes the lowest performers because their HR is under qualified and uneducated so instead of HR letting go of the lowest performers, Hertz promotes them into more influential positions. These same low performers are now calling the shots.

Gee, can’t figure out why this company is failing. Can’t perform in one job, so let’s promote you because we still like you.

Be a cheer leader and lead the way into he pit of fire. Follow directions without question and your future is bright. That has always been the Hertz way . In Denver we had the most useless VP for HLE. What do they do? They promote her. The favoritism was blatant. It was downright co--y how the entire org knew these people were worthless but were getting promoted because the kissed her butt. Welcome to Hertz

In order to get promoted at Hertz, you have to kiss a$$, drink the kool-aid and act like the company is the greatest place on earth. Promotions are for people whom leadership likes the most. Period.
