Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Went to HR on my DM things will either get better or worse. Let’s hope for the best.

Two weeks ago I lodged a complaint against my DM because I felt as if I was being chastised and felt the need to report it because I took it as an idle threat. So he calls me up while I am packing out a store and asks me if I I had seen an email that the sales rep I work for most of the time sent regarding that she spent 2 and a half hours getting out backstock that I could have gotten out. I only went there just to packout the order because I had 3 other packouts and 3 other writes to do. No way I was going to get it done in 8 hours. He than says “you have 2 weeks to start doing better or else I’m going to start writing you up”. He references pretty much every little mistake I’ve made since i became an order writer. One of the stores I visit frequently my RMS went there rot an audit and they found over 100+ outdates and they wanted to hold me accountable because I am in there the most meanwhile the audit was done on 2/29 during my PTO week(well of course) and during the month of February I was only there 3 out of the 10 times we serviced that store he brought that up meanwhile I was already spoken to about it by my RMS. He said that I’m not that good at this order writing when meanwhile I don’t think anyone is how do they expect people to be able to do all this work in so little time? I felt I was being abused so I called the ethics hotline which than sent my complaint to the company and it was forwarding to HR and I spoke to someone. The HR person said she was going to have a conversation with him because she found what she was saying to be inappropriate and he hasnt called me up to criticize me ever since so let’s hope that put an end to that.

Nothing gets resolved with HR! So much discrimination that goes on! Moving your concerns outside the company is the way to go! An attorney will advise you how to proceed and what to document.

Let em write you up, and keep writing you up! Watch them retaliate. It is actually so funny! Best part of it is that they are so pathetic that they can’t go alone, from now on you’ll get preferential treatment so they will come as a team to see you! I actually had my DM go behind me and try to sc--w up my stores and get my stores mad at me….all caught on tape! Just keep good notes! They will settle, don’t back down!

Let him write you up. (Pro tip - Take solace in the fact that it really will waste his time. Filling out hours of paperwork)

His threats are empty.

It takes at least 6 months of write ups to terminate an employee.

Its practically impossible to get fired from this company.

My advice is to come in and do your job really half assed and don't take any of it personally. (Remember they pay you!)

The hr team is a joke. I gone to them about my dm to only get more false write up in return and also did not receive a pay raise this year due to the false write ups I am seeking legal counsel

Nobody wants to stay here. The morale at this company is horrid. The only people left just can't find anything better in this garbage economy

It’ll get worse! Although the company claims they don’t tolerate retaliation…that’s a joke! And the ethics line…hahaha! It’s a bunch of women in Costa Rico. Either way, they su-k so just find another job!

I'm a rep but I agree with you. Alot of times ftow are being scheduled to do way to much. You can't schedule a ftow to throw 3 deliveries, write 3 orders, make sure you go through backstock 100% and rotate 100%

My guess is they are just coming up with a way to make your job s**k as much as possible so you quit.
