Jimi Tjong got let go in august 2022. Company is still trying to figure out where $2 million went.

I was SIRP'd Aug 22 and actually turned down a job in September because the money wasn't what I wanted. Landed something that paid the same as Ford. Took it at the end of my severance package.
If someone SIRP'd then and still looking, that person must be a super hardcore concentration of everything Ford is about!
Since I know had multiple offers and are already on their second job since SIRP.
Got SIRPed in 2022, finally accepter something in March, but couldn’t match pay or get remote option.
Got let go July 2022.
found a job with 30% raise in little over 2 months
Got a new job September 2022
I was SIRP'd in August 2022 and started a started working again in January 2023.
