Watch where the job openings are. Dallas to Atlanta ratio of openings is 20:1. Bratislava and Virginia have better ratios the last 4 weeks than Atlanta. Atlanta is a dump and isn't hiring.

Sounds like folks were just trying to have some fun at the office and encouraging collaboration. But we all know collaborating wasn’t the real goal for RTO.

Gambling? It’s the example RJS set by gambling with the future of AT&T and destroyed $80 billion in shareholder value. RJS the single biggest loser in corporate history.
You can run a contest with prizes, but you cannot charge for entry or it becomes gambling. Some people get very sensitive about gambling at work. It may be illegal in some states or cities, too.
