Accountability…

“General Motors is losing a software executive amid reorganizing its software division after issues with vehicle software prompted stop-sales of some new vehicles in the past few months. On Tuesday, GM said Chief Digital Officer Edward Ku---r is leaving the company.”

Why is there never this level of accountability for producing quality results at Ford?
Vehicle Recalls, EVs, Model e, Subscriptions, Train Station, Ford Next, Scooters, Canopy, Clothing Line. Who has ever been accountable for the billions in wasted money?

Pre pre pre pre reviews. Newer hire here, I gave the same presentation to multiple layers of management with multiple pre-reviews for zero, completely zero value added. Unbelievable. The help needed was turned around and completely missed the point. Good thing we spent multiple hours changing information right now to make them feel useful.

IMHO, every Ford business that has its own CEO (Michigan Central, Canopy) should publish its own financial statements, that’s accountability.

Then there is the Canopy fail…
Monitors truck bed (nobody leaves valuables in a truck bed)
Notifications (that someone is in your truck bed)
Live streaming (get the action of someone taking stuff you left in your truck bed)

No ADT connectivity as advertised, which would not make it a better product because the police don’t come even for ADT house alarms except in extreme circumstances. Why are we paying an extra CEO who has no accountability for profitability??? Canopy is a current drag on earnings.
