When you clock in.... Ha.... Mine was at 11AM. (SIRP)
The LL4 who canned me had her entire morning booked back to back with 30 minute private appointments. I was her last one.
And I was scheduled to be in an important meeting from 10AM-11AM. I knew what was coming, so I didn't join the meeting. People were pinging me left and right asking when I was going to join.
I also immediately deleted every large meeting I had scheduled. Meetings with 20 to 100 attendees (PSTs, mostly). People were freaking out and messaging and calling asking why the meetings were cancelled and when they would be rescheduled. Sure, IT can go in and get them back. But I still enjoyed causing a bit of havoc on my way out.
And if it ever happens to you - be sure to use your company phone to take the call / video meeting. Don't let them use your own home bandwidth to can you haha.
Good luck everyone!
At least they are supporting remote work if they lay off via webex
@ckz+1rKFK0Sf - I believe it when he says it in the next townhall meeting.
Surprised??? Really?
Keep gueessing but you guys will be surprised !!
Farley lies.
This is only a rumor. Farley said there is no layoff.
Worst was when Farley said there won’t be anymore layoffs then we found out only when he leaked last years layoff plans to the media. I’m baffled that Bill Ford still calls every Ford employee a family member and Farley does the complete opposite
Probably they will have that id--t VP of VHE mandate a work from home on a given Friday and then announce It.
There's were layoffs last year too.
No, we have a different plan.
It was Ford Credit and the Motor Company.
Probably. They did not even have to do like Stellantis and make them go in the office. Ford just let them clock in at home then immediately phoned by web ex and gave them the bye bye script and disconnected them / vpn.
