Does the shareholder equity and debt include the dividend? And how is the interest covering ratio when spread out over 3 year?

Yes, Toxic-T is slowly dying. But it generates enough cash to keep the Stink Flying around on corporate jets to get to all his sporting events, and to get a quick head polish and most importantly fill up his bank account because he is the top CEO on the CEO Wall of Shame!

You might want to check the companies financials. A fortune 13 company making over $130B is not failing. Industry is needing less workforce due to automation and tooling. Just wait until AI gets fully integrated into the business.

Once there were phone booths on every corner. What happened to them?

AT&T has failed every time they have deviated from the core competency. Maybe with fiber and wireless connectivity being the focus going forward, AT&T will return to a blue chip stock.
Before that happens AT&T needs to remove the cancerous tumors that have metastasized in MOBILITY. Fraud made the numbers look good, but eventually the house of cards will fall, and with a little inspection, we see those cards fall.
We are beginning to see AT&T tiding up Mobility. That is a good thing.

T has been trying to reinvent itself ever since it acquired Olivetti back in the 80s to venture into the computer market and then acquired NCR to beef up its niche, but it just did not work out for T. Everything T has done since to reinvent itself has failed miserably with a very considerable cost to its shareholders and employees. This company management will never learn the easy way, it can't help itself from having to learn the hard way to keep doing what it does best!
