I truly believe the worst is yet to come.
Soon the hostilities with our Indian Team Mates will become more serious and out in the open. As they get more juice, expect them to become much more unbearable, acting more like a rival entity. They will have us by the Technology Ballz
They want you gone. You are a cost item... you are inefficient. Your processes and tech are antiquated. You can be offshored to a country that has digitized its banking processes and is far superior to you in tech.
For branches ... you will be replaced first by Fargo. Now that interest rates are high you can bet there will be a next wave of robot teller development/employment.
Bottom line: Given perceived offshoring skills, advanced ATMs, AI-automated customer assistance, and robot tellers your job is doomed.
I love all the upvotes before any comment was even made. Because yes, this is a pathetic sh-tshow of a company.
