Seems go be a hiring frenzy of Directors in the various downstream teams. At this pace Senior Manager level and above will outnumber the worker bees at least in Calgary.

Coiled spring. The longer we go without some bloodletting, the worst the next round will be.
A lot of people were hired within the last year even. But processes haven’t improved much…
Likely not until you see a hiring freeze first unless it’s related to a specific project.
I'm hoping at least the next several months are safe.
