Our group under John Delaney and Micheal Benjamin were recently notified we are not a hub location ( Oregon).
Now they implemented further tracking with Indigo forms for each account we work so they can track every single minute, including how long we take in the restroom.
This seems like another tactic to push people out before layoffs.

What is Indigo, please? Is it software that tracks each movement on your computer?
I was granted a medical accommodation to get 30 minutes a day in the bathroom because of my hemorrhoids
They want to term as many people for cause as they can so they don't have to pay severance. Thankfully the CEO says the most important thing we do is talk around the water cooler and in hallways, which isn't tracked, so FHY.
It is a way to push people out. Upper management did that to my department a year ago. We all waited for a package. We just got packages and our department was eliminated. Wait for the package if you’ve been there long enough to receive one.
It probably is. That and/or there’s pressure on your higher ups from those RSCA meetings to get really granular with everything.
I’m also in OR and the director of our LOB has suddenly gone wild with micro managing since January.
I’ve just been hoping we get laid off soon.
