they have been doing this for years. the closer you get to 50 the more they take your job away and move you around until you get to a group that is being surplussed.
they will get away with it because of their relationship with the government and the justice department.

It does not have to. I imagine there are thousands of employees that saw the video. The last thing ATT would want is to have lawyers ask the employees what was said, especially after Stank mentioned in the next town hall that he was warned about his statement.

If everyone filed a complaint it would get noticed. Especially mentioning the age discrimination that has occurred backed up by the CEOs statements over the last 5 years.
You HAVE to file a complaint immediately with the EEOC. If your management team is staging your exit, file a complaint with the EEOC. Follow your gut & file.
