Things I'm waiting for...

  1. Where's my Heart-y Thank You that I was promised for Employee Appreciate month? It ends on Sunday. Maybe they plan on giving us something on April Fool's Day. That would be fitting, since my career has now become a joke.
  1. Where are the survey 2023 survey results? I wonder if the person who was supposed to share them was displaced? Or maybe because they were so bad they figured they'd add the results from 2023 and 2024 together and maybe get a reasonable score for each question?
  1. Speaking of missing things - where in the world is Scott Powell? He disappeared around the time of his ill fated (cancelled) town hall meeting. Which incidentally they said they would reschedule. I'm still waiting for that as well.
  1. What I'm really waiting for though is for Karma to catch up with the folks at HY.

You can look at Citi to see what the next McKinsey move will be -- saying that it is over when it isn't over. Before that move, WF has a lot more moves. One needs to wonder if managers or departments are being rewarded for being bad. They want you to quit....
