Please strike! You already know the company is going to do everything they can to take away. You will make up the lost salary in OT after you come back. Give us "contingency" workers a little vacation too. We can't fight back so your fight helps us too! In unity we all stand because if we don't, they will continue to take and take from all of us.

I assure you, there is not ONE manager who wants to perform a contingency assignment. Don't blame them for issues you have with the company. They have no control over the situation nor your labor negotiations.
Tick Tock, 5 Days! First up is ULP for company bargaining in bad faith, after that, all bets off.
I am a management employee, drafted into “Contingency Planning” (re: the West contract expiration at the beginning of April). I did all the required training by the required due dates. I learned nothing, and I will not be crossing any picket lines.
“ We need a union like GM”
You’ll never have a union like GM again. Too weak, concerned with only senior employees. This contract will show you how much long term job security was sacrificed for the top 5 % of union employees immediate benefits. Anyone with less that 25 years will get left behind. But hey that’s what you vote for.
We need a union like GM that represents employees and shares members demands. Holdout until the southeast contract and with a national strike demand what we’ve earned.
You meant to say,
“ He might be a trolling, union slug, but he is expressing the sentiment of zero managers!”
"Nice try union slug… "
He might be a trolling, union slug, but hie is expressing the sentiment of many managers!
Battery on Discharge=BOD and would not be handled in time if ever.

How would a BOD be handled during a strike?
We need Public Safety Power Shutoffs once we walk.
How would a BOD be handled during a strike?
How many know what a BOD is?
It’s a test
Rain in the lower elevations and snow with chain controls in the mountains.
Hey Contingency Force! Are you ready to climb poles, tow large generators and snowcats, and work in the winter elements?

8 days, Tick Tock!
You should all hold out for 2 years of paid vacation per year.
No, just strike and be done. No need for the sidewalk picketing. The "unneeded" Union should just stay out. The "leadership" will only get their head right when enough money is lost. Although the threshold of money to be lost by "leadership" is somewhat terrifying, given the debt that Randell and Stankey have been so comfortable to incur.
We cannot change the public's perception of AT&T. 'leadership" has done so much damage that there is nothing any employee can do, or 10 thousand of us can do to repair that.
We will strike, we will allow the very engaged and motivated CP workforce to run things for a bit. We will get any lost wages back very soon. Double time after 49 hours. Always works this way. God Bless AT&T and the "leaders" who are "smart".
Strike! Hold rallies in front of Stink! Grab management by the short hairs and don’t let go!!!!!
